These terms and conditions apply to all clients receiving services from AffiniDerm, including but not limited to laser treatments, facial treatments, laser tattoo removal, microneedling, hair styling, and makeup services.
By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Our treatments are offered to clients over the age of 18. Clients under 18 may receive specific treatments with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Clients are required to provide accurate medical information before treatments. Failure to disclose any medical conditions or allergies may result in complications, for which we cannot be held liable.
All treatments offered by AffiniDerm are intended for cosmetic and therapeutic purposes only. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. Clients are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before undergoing any treatments, especially if they have underlying health issues, are pregnant, or are taking medications.
We provide various laser services, including but not limited to:
Hair Removal
*Laser hair removal is safe and effective for most skin types. Multiple sessions may be required for optimal results.
Skin Rejuvenation and Depigmentation
*Our laser technology targets pigmentation, sun damage, and uneven skin tone.
Tattoo Removal
*The effectiveness of laser tattoo removal varies based on the size, color, and depth of the tattoo. Multiple sessions are often necessary.
Pre-Treatment Requirements:
Clients must avoid sun exposure and tanning products for at least 2 weeks before and after laser treatments.
Clients are required to disclose any medical conditions, medications, or skin sensitivities prior to treatment.
We offer a range of facial treatments including rejuvenation facials, microneedling, and skin resurfacing.
Consultation:
All clients will receive a consultation prior to the facial treatments to determine the best approach based on skin type and desired results.
Pre-Treatment:
Clients should follow any pre-treatment instructions provided during the consultation, such as avoiding certain skincare products or sun exposure.
Post-Treatment:
Aftercare guidelines will be provided. It is crucial to follow these instructions to maintain the integrity of the treatment and promote healing.
Results:

Microneedling is a minimally invasive treatment used to improve skin texture, reduce scars, and promote collagen production.
Consultation:

Pre-Treatment:

We offer professional hair styling and makeup services for special occasions, photoshoots, and everyday beauty needs.
Bookings:
-Bookings for hair and makeup services must be made in advance. A consultation may be required to discuss your needs and expectations.
Cancellations:
-Please see our cancellation policy for details on rescheduling or canceling your appointment.
Results:
-Results may vary based on individual skin texture, skin type, and preferences. We strive to meet client expectations but cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
We understand that schedules can change, and we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
-Members: If you are a member of AffiniDerm, there is no cancellation fee for rescheduling or canceling within the 24-hour window.
-Non-Members: If you are not a member and cancel within 24 hours of your appointment or do not show up, your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

All treatments must be paid for in full at the time of service.
Refunds:
-Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services provided. However, if you experience any adverse reactions or are dissatisfied with your treatment, we encourage you to contact us, and we will address your concerns promptly.
Package Purchases:
-Packages or pre-paid treatments are non-refundable but may be transferable or used for other services.
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and satisfaction, AffiniDerm and its staff are not liable for any adverse effects or complications arising from the treatments you receive. By booking an appointment, you agree to release AffiniDerm from any liability.
Your privacy is important to us. We are committed to protecting your personal information. All medical and personal information collected during consultations and treatments will be kept confidential.
We strive to create a peaceful and welcoming environment for all clients. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who exhibits inappropriate, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff or other clients.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of AffiniDerm. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided shall be resolved in the courts of NV
1.Program Description: Upon opting into our marketing program, you will receive promotional offers, updates on our services, exclusive discounts, and wellness tips via SMS.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
